April wrap up

In April I read a total of 13 books, I watched 100 episodes (TV shows) and I watched 4 movies. Read further to know what I read and watched this month.

I’m still trying to finish my ARC TBR pile but I think I won’t finish it for a long time since I’m constantly requesting or accepting books. The first book I finished in April was Mist & Whispers (The Weaver’s Riddle #1) by C.M. Lucas. After Mist & Whispers, I read Independence Realm by Kenny J. Bernadt, the witch doesn’t burn in this one (women are some kind of magic #2) Amanda Lovelace, The Rules of Rebellion by Amity Hope and Catching Stars by Cayla Keenan.

The first ‘normal’ book I finished this month was, Stone Cold Touch (The Dark Elements #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout and then I started reading the third book in this series, Every Last Breath. Both books were so beautiful and I’m sad that the series is over now. I also read love, and you by Gretchen Gomez, which is a poetry collection and you guys know that I fell in love with poetry this summer so I couldn’t not read this book! It was such a beautiful poetry collection so make sure to check it out! I also read another poetry book called milk and honey by Rupi Kaur, which is another amazing and beautiful poetry book. After milk and honey, I read Breakup Anniversary by Dawn Lanuza, Opposition (Lux #5) and The Wedding (Lux #5.5) by Jennifer L. Armentrout, The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-ExupĂ©ry and I started reading Shadows (Lux #0.5).

For TV shows I continued watching Black Mirror, Chigaco PD, Chicago Fire, Shadowhunters, A Series of Unfortunate Events, Once Upon A Time, Life Sentence and Dynasty. And I was so happy that I got the notification that the new episode of Famous In Love was live, I watched it last year and it was such a good TV show so hearing that the new episodes were live, I couldn’t not watch it! I also started a new TV show, Skins. It’s not really a new TV show, but it’s a new TV show for me. I’ve been wanting to watch this show for such a long time, and now I finally did it. It’s a good TV show and kinda weird but in a good way. I also started Dark, it’s an interesting TV show with a cool concept. I also started watching The Good Doctor, Constantine and Siren.

I started watching Natural Selection and Unfriended, but the beginning of both movies was so boring that I stopped watching. After Natural Selection, I watched Be Somebody, The Danish Girl, Get Out and Pirates of the Caribbean: Salazar’s Revenge. I really liked The Danish Girl because Eddie Redmayne did a fantastic job playing Lili and just the whole concept is so beautiful but also so sad.
