Coming Home is the second book in the Friends & Lovers Series but can be read as a standalone. Coming Home tells the story of Ramona and Lucas. They’ve been best friends since they were young, but have been apart for a really long time. After several years Ramona visits Lucas and since that day everything changes for Ramona.

Coming Home was a nice read. I really liked the story in general, the idea of being best friends and then finally seeing each other again after you’ve been apart for such a long time is really something for me. The story was really good but there were some parts that weren’t that interesting or that necessary which made me give this book a three-star rating.

Coming Home was an easy and fast paced read and P.E. Kavanagh had an enjoyable writing style. I’d like to read the other books in the Friends & Lovers Series to see if perhaps the other books are somewhat better than Coming Home!
