Books
  • Woman of Blood & Bone (Rogue Ethereal #1) and Daughter of Souls & Silence (Rogue Ethereal #2)
by Annie Anderson
I forgot to mention Woman of Blood & Bone in my October favourites because I finished it when my favourites was already posted. I really love this series because it’s so original, so I had to mention the first book as well!

  • Say What You Feel (Chaos & Consent #2) by Kyra Lennon
Say What You Feel is the second book in the Chaos & Consent series and it was so good. I really loved the first book and I was kind of scared that the second book wasn’t going to be as good as the first, but Kyra Lennon did an amazing job!

  • Wolf Games: Severed Fates (The Vampire Games #6) by Caroline Peckham
Wolf Games: Severed Fates is the last book in the Wolf Games series and was another amazing sequel and I cannot get enough of Caroline Peckham’s world and characters. I love The Vampire Games series and I cannot wait for the next season, The Hunter Trials.

  • Taking Laura (A Broken Heart #3) by Vi Carter
Vi Carter is one of my favourite Contemporary and Romance authors. She gives me a Colleen Hoover and/or Jennifer L. Armentrout with every book she’s written and I love that. Taking Laura was such an amazing book and was definitely my favourite one in the A Broken Heart series!

  • Miss Demeanor by Beth Rinyu
Miss Demeanor was the first book I’ve read written by Beth Rinyu and I loved it. I loved the story as well as the cover, and I cannot wait to read more books from Beth Rinyu!

  • The Silver Queen (Sovereign #2) by Josie Jaffrey
Josie Jaffrey is one of my favourite Fantasy and Paranormal authors and I’m always excited when I get one of her books in the mail. Every book in the Solis Invicti and the Sovereign series was amazing and The Silver Queen was just that good with so many plot twists! Josie Jaffrey is for sure the queen of plot twists!!!

  • Wayward Stars (Starswept #2) by Mary Fan
It’s been a while since I read Starswept, the first book in the Starswept series, so it was really nice to read again in this world, I love Iris and Dámuel and I really missed them. Wayward Stars was an amazing sequel and I cannot wait to read the third book!

  • Lovely Seeds: A Walk Through the Garden of Our Becoming by R.H. Swaney
Lovely Seeds was such a beautiful poetry collection. Most of the time I read poetry collections written by female poets, so it always amazes me when a male poet can describe his feelings so beautifully. I think that R.H. Swaney did an amazing job in expressing his emotions and feelings, and I think that this collection is really beautiful.

Make sure to keep an eye out for my review!

  • Things We Know by Heart by Jessi Kirby
Things We Know by Heart is the last favourite book of the month, but that doesn’t mean that it wasn’t as good as the others! I really love this story because it’s just so beautiful. I didn’t really feel like reading this book, but I’m glad that I picked it up! Things We Know by Heart was so good and I couldn’t stop reading!

Movies
  • Star Wars: The Last Jedi
I love Star Wars, I’m a huge Star Wars fan but I’m so behind on all the movies. I haven’t even watched Rogue One yet oops! My boyfriend didn’t want to go to the movies with me when The Last Jedi came out, so that’s I think the main reason why I haven’t seen it earlier. But The Last Jedi was an amazing movie and I cannot wait to watch Star Wars: Episode IX!
  • The Princess Switch
When I saw the trailer of The Princess Switch I knew I was going to love this movie. I got some Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper vibes and I couldn’t stop smiling. I really loved this movie because it’s was just so cute. It was a bit predictive, but I didn’t mind at all!

TV shows
  • Chilling Adventures of Sabrina
I finally finished Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and it was so good! I love this TV shows, it’s so cool and I cannot wait for the second season!
  • The Haunting of Hill House
I heard so many amazing things about this TV show, so I had to watch it and I’m glad I did! It’s such a good story and you can see the story from multiple perspectives which makes this show even better! I don’t really think that this TV show is scary because there are only some jump scares and that’s it, so make sure to check it out!

Other
  • Boekenbeurs 2018
The Boekenbeurs is a Belgian book convention where you can buy books, bookish things and meet (new) authors. I really liked this year’s edition because I got to see Julie Kagawa again and I got to meet Chrostin, a Belgian artist. I bought Julie Kagawa’s latest book, Shadow of the Fox, and Chrostin’s debut book, Sommige Meisjes Houden Niet van Roze, and I got them both signed!
  • Never Say Die tour
This month I went to the Never Say Die tour and I dedicated a blog post to this tour. I really enjoyed watching some of my favourite bands and discovering new bands. I also really like that this tour supports suicide prevention!
