Review
Onyx is the sequel in the Lux series and continues the story of Katy and Daemon. Katy and Daemon are connected to each other and Katy doesn't believe when Daemon says he likes her. She thinks it's only the connection between them. Daemon's determined to prove that's not the reason. Besides that there are other problems: 1 there's a new guy in town: Blake, and 2 The Department of Defense is also in town... Can the problems be solved or will they escalate?
After finishing Obsidian, I had to read Onyx. I just had to. My mind compelled me to read more, or was it Daemon? I still can't get enough of him, especially when he's being so sweet to Katy.
A lot happened in Onyx and for some parts I'm not that happy. There were so many ups and downs for Katy and Daemon's relationship. And you also have Blake... From the beginning I didn't like him because — of course — I was team Daemon. But that's not the only reason, I knew that he was up to no good. When Katy and Blake were training, there were many times when I though Blake was odd. And I was right! And Adam... Oh God... That was one of the saddest parts in Onyx. I wish that didn't happen!
I think Onyx is an amazing sequel and Jennifer L. Armentrout can still suprise me. I love her writing and I cannot wait to read Opal!
