This book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Kenechi Udogu!

Keepers is the third and final book about Gemma and Russ. In Sentient, Gemma and Russ came across Anthony, a hybrid who wanted to recruit Gemma to fight the Keepers. Now in Keepers, they come across Anthony’s father, Eamon, who’s a Keeper and wants to find Anthony. Everything is so weird for Gemma, she doesn’t know who she should trust – Anthony or Eamon. Who should she trust in order to protect her family?

Keepers was such a good book to end The Mentalist Series. I loved that there was a double perspective: Gemma and Russ. You got to know what Russ was thinking and feeling too and it was just everything I needed. Gemma and Russ are so cute together, they know each other so well and they are just perfect for each other! When they do something, they always think of each other. They are the perfect couple!

Keepers was the perfect book to end a series. It was fast-paced, it had a double perspective and it was just so good! From Aversion to Keepers, there was a lot of character and plot development. Keepers was definitely an amazing book and I cannot wait to read the prequel novella, Broken Ties.

I’m Shirley, a Belgian book blogger who loves to talk about my passion for reading and being creative. On my blog, you will find honest book reviews and reading recommendations, but also creative blog posts such as inspiration for your bullet journal and makeup looks, and lifestyle blog posts like product reviews and tips. Reading has always been my escape. From an early age, you could find me with my nose buried in books. I started reading in Dutch, my native language, but then I discovered the English section in my library and fell in love with English books. On my book blog you can find book reviews and book hauls where I share what I’m currently reading, what I loved and which books I recommend picking up. Whether you enjoy fantasy, romance or young adult, you will find lots of different titles on my blog. My goal is to help other book loves find their next favourite read! Besides books, I occasionally write about makeup, bullet journaling, and other topics. I really enjoy being creative, and I express this by playing with makeup or keeping a bullet journal. You can find several makeup tutorials and bullet journal spreads where I share my creativity with you. These creative outlets balance my reading life, and add a bit of colour to it.
