Review

This book was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Annie Anderson!

I love the Rogue Ethereal series and when Annie Anderson reached out and asked me if I was interested in the audio book, I immediately said yes. I’m such a big fan of Max and it was amazing to listen to her crazy thoughts and words. It was hilarious and I often found myself laughing while listing to this audiobook.

The Woman of Blood & Bone audiobook was my first ever audiobook, and now I really want to listen to all the other books in the series. I wasn’t sure whether audiobooks were something for me or not because I don’t always have a lot of concentration. But I loved listening to this audiobook while biking to work, while doing laundry and cooking, … I listened to the audiobook when I normally would listen to music and I think it’s even better. I get more reading done and I can hear my favourite characters talk.

I really enjoyed the Woman of Blood & Bone audiobook and I loved ‘rereading’ this book. I love Max so much and even though I know how this series is going to end, I’m still so excited to listen to all the other audiobooks. I really liked the narrator and I listened to the audiobook in 1.2x speed because that sounded more ‘normal’ to me. I cannot wait to listen to the next book in the series, Daughter of Souls & Silence!
