Lady of Madness & Moonlight is the second audiobook in the Rogue Ethereal series and continues the story of Max and her friends.
I’m not sure if I mentioned this in my previous audio book reviews but the new covers are so stunning. I really loved the original covers for the Rogue Ethereal series, but these ones are even better. They’re just so pretty!!! But besides the covers, the books in this series are amazing too. Lady of Madness & Moonlight was yet again an amazing book, and I loved rereading this book in audio format.
I really loved listening to Lady of Madness & Moonlight because in this book we finally meet Allistair. I couldn’t stop smiling when Max was describing him from the first time. I loved every bit of it. I’m just such a big fan of Allistair and it was nice reading/listening about him again!
Something that I also really enjoyed was reading/hearing some details that I didn’t notice while reading Lady of Madness & Moonlight for the first time. I’ve been reading/hearing some details that make so much sense now. In the last few books in the series we discover some important things about Max and for example in LoM&M some characters have been hinting about those import things. This is why I love rereading books!
I really enjoyed listening to Lady of Madness & Moonlight and I cannot wait to listen to the next book in the series, Sister of Ember & Echoes!
