Last Round is the fifth and final book in the Twisted Fox series and tells the story of Lola and Silas. Although this is the third book in the series, it can be read as a standalone.
I’ve always been interested in Lola and Silas’ story, and I’m so happy that I finally had the chance to read it. I’m a sucker for opposites attract, for friends to lovers and for fake dating, and this book has all three tropes. I really enjoyed reading Last Round and I’m happy that Lola and Silas got their happy ending.
Lola is such a lovely character, she’s confident, badass and independent. Silas has some secrets but besides that, he’s an amazing guy. I really liked that Lola and Silas started as friends and finally became more. They both deserve to be happy, and I really liked reading about them. It was also nice to read about the other characters in the Twisted Fox series.
Last Round was another amazing read by Charity Ferrell, and I’m kinda sad that this book is the last book in the series. The Twisted Fox series is such a good Romance series filled with different tropes. If you’re looking for a fast-paced, amazing book series, then I highly recommend the Twisted Fox series! Charity Ferrell is such a great author and I cannot wait to read more of her books!
