What Hunts Inside the Shadows is the second book in the Of Flesh & Bone series and continues the story of Estrella and Caelum.

After reading What Lies Beyond the Veil, it was really hard to wait for the sequel. Now that What Hunts Inside the Shadows is finally out, I had to get my hands on a copy. I was so excited to read What Hunts Inside the Shadows, and it didn’t let me down! I really enjoyed reading this book, and reading more about Estrella and Caelum. I really missed them, so I was really happy to finally read about them again.

What Hunts Inside the Shadows is the second book in the series, and it continues after what happened in What Lies Beyond the Veil. Estrella doesn’t know what to do and how to feel about Caelum, and Caelum is trying to convince Estrella that although he hid the truth, he really cares for her. I really liked reading about them again, but it felt like it was a bit more spicy scenes that actual feelings scenes. Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoyed the spice, but I wish Estrella made up her mind a bit sooner in this book. But besides that, I really loved this book.

What Hunts Inside the Shadows was such a good Fantasy Romance, and I’m glad I got to read about Estrella and Caelum again. Of course this book ended with a massive cliffhanger, so now I’m anxiously waiting for the next book in the series, What Lurks Between the Fates. If you’re looking for a spicy Fantasy read, and if you’re a fan of From Blood and Ash and A Court of Thorns and Roses, then the Of Flesh & Bone is the perfect book series for you!
