October wrap up

In October I read a total of 18 books, I watched 68 episodes (TV Shows) and I watched 3 movies. Read further to know what I read and watched this month!

I stopped reading Renegade (Black Dawn #0.5) by Mallory McCartney because it wasn’t interesting and I was always distracted. Besides not finishing this book, I read some amazing books this month so let’s dive in!

For ARCs I read Undisclosed (Night Series #7) by A.M. Salinger, Mutant’s Delight by Caroline Peckham, Lurking in the Woods (Beyond the Veil #1) by Anne Stryker, Soft Thorns by Bridgett Devoue, Salt & Venom (Blood, Bloom & Water #2) by Amy McNulty, Saving Death by R.L. Endean, Someday Soon (Not Yet #3) by Laura Ward,  I Wrote This for You and Only You by Iain S. Thomas, Wild Child by A.S. Green, Secrets of a Broken Heart by Lee Martens, Limits by Susie Tate, The Attraction Equation (Love Undercover #2) by Kadie Scott, It’s a Lonely Love by Hunter Summerall, Woman of Blood & Bone (Rogue Ethereal #1) by Annie Anderson.

As for ‘normal’ books I read Lifeblood (Everlife #2) by Gena Showalter, Everlife (Everlife #3) by Gena Showalter, Faking It (Losing It #2) by Cara Camack and Stille Meisjes by SalomΓ© Joly & Sibylinne Meynet. I was really sad when I finished the Everlife series because I really loved Ten and Killian!

I continued watching some TV shows that I was already watching such as Chicago Fire, Chicago PD, The Good Doctor, Salvation and The Shannara Chronicles. I finished all the episodes of Salvation and The Shannara Chronicles, I cannot wait for the third season of Salvation and I’m really sad that they cancelled The Shannara Chronicles!

For new TV shows, I started the new Riverdale and Dynasty season and I also started watching Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. I’m not sure what they’re doing with Riverdale because so far it’s a bit weird. I still like it but I don’t know what to think of the farm and the new game. Dynasty is like always packed with a lot of drama so I cannot complain about that, and Chilling Adventures of Sabrina is so GOOD. It’s definitely one of my favourite TV shows because it’s just so cool and interesting!

I didn’t really watch a lot of movies in October, I just watched 3 movies: Sierra Burgess is a Loser, Pitch Perfect 3 and Venom. I really liked Pitch Perfect 3 because I watched it when I wasn’t really good and it instantly made me feel better. Venom was such an amazing Marvel movie and I was non-stop laughing!

Make sure to check out my October favourites to see which books, TV shows and movies made it to my favourites!

Did you read or watch anything amazing in October?

  1. I'm looking forward to watching Chilling Adventures of Sabrina once I get a chance. I wonder if it is based on the comics of the same name? What I read of those were certainly interesting.

    1. I haven't read the comics to be honest but it should be based/inspired by the comics if I'm not mistaken!😊

  4. The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina really is SO GOOD. At first I thought it was a remake of the original one but it is SO MUCH BETTER THAN IT, I looove it!
