Review

This book was provided by the author through InkSlinger PR in exchange for an honest review. Thank you S.M. Soto and InkSlinger PR!

Kiss Me With Lies is the first book in the Twin Lies duet and tells the story of Mackenzie who's lost her twin sister and is searching for the killer(s).

What the hell did I just read?! When I finished Kiss Me With Lies, I was so speechless. I cannot believe S.M. Soto ended the book like that. It was kind of savage. I need to know what happens to Mackenzie and who really killed her sister. I cannot really believe the last few sentences of Kiss Me With Lies...

I think that Mackenzie is kind of crazy. She's willing to do everything to discover who really killed her twin sister. I think it was kind of sad when you discovered bits and pieces of Mack's past because she didn't deserve anything of that. I really liked the chapters in Baz' perspective, it kind of changes my view on him.

Kiss Me With Lies was such an amazing book and I loved reading it. I really liked the book because it was so fast paced and well written. It was really hard to put this book down because I had to know what happened to Mackenzie and her sister. I think that this book was perfection because I cannot stop thinking about it. I need the sequel!!!

Review

This book was provided by the authors in exchange for an honest review. Thank you Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti!

Savage Fae is the second book in the Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac series and tells the story of Elise and her four Kings. The Ruthless Boys of the Zodiac is a spin-off series of Supernatural Beasts and Bullies but you don’t have to read that series to read Savage Fae.

In my review of Dark Fae I mentioned that I was so excited for this spin-off series and I still am. I love that they changed it up a bit by writing Reverse Harem instead of New Adult. I just love reading about Elise and her four Kings: Dante, Gabriel, Lean and Ryder!

Elise is so badass, I love reading about her adventures. She’s such an amazing and enjoyable character, I love reading in her perspective. As for the guys, I love all of them. In the beginning I had a lot of mixed feelings about Ryder, but now I’m starting to open up to him. I also think that the deal Dante and Ryder made is absolutely hilarious!

I really loved Savage Fae, I think it’s such an amazing sequel! The book is so fast paced and well written and I didn’t expect anything less from Caroline Peckham and Susanne Valenti. They’re both amazing authors and are definitely on my ‘favourite authors’ list!

December Bullet Journal set up

I’m still going strong with posting my BuJo set ups consistently! I really like what I’ve been creating the past couple of months: set ups with pictures from Pinterest to decorate the pages. December’s theme is obviously a Christmas/Winter theme and I’m loving it! You can find all the pictures I’ve used here.

Previous Bullet Journal set ups:
As I mentioned in my other blog posts, my inspiration comes from Sarah’s Spark, a lovely human being. She deserves a mention in every post that she inspired!

First, we have my monthly spread, nothing’s changed except the theme.

After my monthly spread, I have a habit tracker spread and a brain dump spread. I’ve used last month’s brain dump spread for things that I have planned in December and some other stuff so it’s really handy!

The next couple of my pictures are my weekly spreads. The grid on every left page is to write down which hours I’ll be at school or work to get an overview. The last weekly spread has my monthly wrap up too!

I hope you guys liked this Bullet Journal set up and feel free to pin this post on Pinterest!

November wrap up

In November I read a total of 11 books, I watched 69 episodes (TV Shows) and 5 movies. Read further to know what I read and watched this month!

First, let’s talk about the books I’ve read that were on my TBR: I read The Darkest Star (Origin #1) by Jennifer L. Armentrout, Sundown: A Sunshine Series Short by Nikki Rae, Legion (Talon #4) by Julie Kagawa, Inferno (Talon #5) by Julie Kagawa, The Darkest Fire (Lords of the Underworld #0.5) by Gena Showalter, and I’m currently reading Empire of Storms (Throne of Glass #5) by Sarah J. Maas.

As for ARCs, I read The Mighty Anchor (Rogue Academy #3) by Carrie Aarons, Magic Chase (Hidden Magic Academy #2) by Sadie Moss, I Never Expected You (I Never #2) by Stefanie Jenkins, Magic Gambit (Hidden Magic Academy #3) by Sadie Moss, Breaking the Fall (The Breaking Series #5) by Ember Leigh and Submerge by K.Y. Robinson.

Some of my favourite books this month were The Mighty Academy (Rogue Academy #3), The Darkest Star (Origin #1), I Never Expected You (I Never #2), Magic Chase and Magic Gambit (Hidden World Academy #2–3).

For TV shows, I watched some episodes of wtFock (a Belgian TV show), Atypical, The Passage, The Good Doctor, Elite, Riverdale, The End of the F***ing World (entire season), Charlotte (entire season) and Unbelievable. The End of the F***ing World was so boring and Charlotte was an amazing anime!

And as for movies I watched Tall Girl, The King, Frozen 2, Olaf’s Frozen Adventure and The Knight Before Christmas. Tall Girl was such a cute movie, and I was smiling the entire time. The King was a good movie but I think it could’ve been a better movie. Frozen 2 is now oficially my new favourite Disney movie! And I thought that The Knight Before Christmas was a cute Christmas movie!

I hope November was an amazing month for you guys!
